‘Wynonna Earp’ recap: Brad and Cort Talk Ep 4x02, “Friends in Low Places” by Pure Fandom

Sept 29, 2018...the last time we got to see a new episode from our favorite storytellers for reasons. The long wait has ended and Wynonna Earp rides again. Welcome back, Earpers. We have missed these smooth talking badasses. 

Things pick up mostly where we left our faves. Waves is locked away in the Garden with Doc rushing in to help. Wynonna’s trying to figure out a way to save her baby sis and baby daddy. She’s feeling a bit at a loss without Peacemaker.

After this is all over, we absolutely need these girls to take another road trip. Which of these fine characters did you find yourself the most happiest to see back on your screen again? What’s the deal with Nicole falling through that hole and then ending up naked in the Garden? Is she dead???

This show always excels with the snappy one-liners and pop culture references. Who had your favorite line of the night? Where in the world did Jeremy end up after everyone was snatched out of the homestead? Damn we’re so happy this show is back. Please never leave us again. Not at least for another 5...10 years. And once more with feeling. Welcome back, my fellow Fillorians! It’s that dreaded time to say farewell to our favorite magicians. We’re sad to see them go, but damn did they stick the landing. Talk about a satisfying finale with the potential for more adventures to be had.

Gotta love her. What did you think of that unexpected twist that gave us the return of the Beast? Which character lost hit you the hardest? The series ended with Eliot separated from many of his friends, but we also so the beginning of something new for him and Charlton.

If the show had been renewed for another season, how do you think Julia and the others would have reunited with their lost friends? What other amenities do you think Fen dreamed up for the new Fillory? The fields growing bacon and optimally placed pizza ovens were definite wins. Did you predict that Julia would honor her bestie by naming her newborn daughter after Q? How adorable is the nickname HQ? With that name this kid needs a spin-off. Well...we need that spinoff, too.

Welcome back, my fellow Fillorians!  The children of Fillory are being taken and it seems that Eliot’s new boo may be at the heart of the problem. Last week, the fairies revealed that it was Seb bringing the Takers forth. There seems to be some larger mystery behind this dark King. Is he our next big bad or woefully misunderstood?

What do you think of botanist Hamish? Seems like an interesting guy. Are you missing Kady as much as we are? Where’s our girl?! What happens now that’s Julia and Margeliot failed to take out the Dark King (well they don’t know that part yet, but it was totally too soon for him to go anyway)?
