The worst financial advice I ever received is.... increase your lifestyle and expenses to keep you motivated.

This episode shares WHY this is not sustainable and can lead to burn out, and how forcing yourself to stay in the grind and continue to find business is actually coming from a place of lack.

The best financial advice I ever received was splitting my income into 4 bank accounts so I could see what I really had, and a $10,000 check is NOT $10,000 to go splurge and spend!

These are my personal experiences and opinions, and please make sure to consult with your financial team/CPA before making any decisions and how much you should be putting into each of your accounts!

I really wasn't sure if I was going to move forward with this episode or not because it's extremely personal, and I realized it really is a conversation we need to be having and it's not talked about enough.

My self-talk, the way I saw myself in the mirror, my perception of my looks was completely filtered through the most negative perspective and I didn't realize how it was affecting my life until I had an awakening at NLP Master Practitioner training in 2020.

I realized the way I saw myself wasn't necessarily true, and my journey to loving myself began.

We are so conditioned that we 'should' look a certain way, when in reality we are judging ourselves compared to photoshop and social media filters that aren't realistic or real.

We can be picking ourselves a part when today is the youngest we will be, and someday we will look back and wish we were nicer and loved ourselves more.

Have you ever looked at a photo of yourself from the past and realized how amazing you looked then?

Do you wish you looked that way now?

What if we are missing out on the best years of our lives because we're being so harsh and critical, instead of appreciating our bodies in this moment.

I know this can take time, but what if we started small and just received it when someone gives you a compliment?

What if you look in the mirror today  and you find something you're grateful for?

This is a journey and a process to falling in love with yourself again, and it's never too late to realize what's already right in front of you!

It's time to take back control of your mind, your life, and your business!

What do you do when things don't feel clear and how do you handle the unknown?

If you could build a business in a way that gives you energy and you enjoy doing it, wouldn't you rather do that instead of forcing yourself to do things you're 'supposed to be doing', but don't actually want to do?

3. What- What's really stopping you from taking action?

Wouldn't it help to learn how to identify what's really getting in your way? Is it a fear or is there a skill that's missing? Learning tools you can use when life happens and you're feeling stuck to identify what's really going on gives you resources to do something about it!

There is a BIG difference building a business in a way that someone told you because that's what you should do, instead of building it in a way that works to you and is aligned to your vision.

Is there an area of your life that seems to be easier than others?

It can be relationships, business, physical health, etc. and does one area seem to go better and come easier, or is there an area that seems to be more of a struggle?

How much are we forcing, pushing, and trying to make something happen without realizing we've become attached to the outcome that we want?

I realized something huge during a conversation with a friend, which was what would happen if we look at the areas of our life that are going well and seem to come easier, and figure out WHY!

What are we doing that's different, who are we being, how can we apply that to the areas we are struggling with?

It's detaching from the outcome, being unattached, and applying that energy to the areas that feel like they aren't working.

Hustle and Grind is not sustainable, and can we please normalize rest, recovery, and putting our energy first?

What is your definition of Pure Alignment?

I think it's important to take a moment and define what it means to you, and what it looks like to live a Purely Aligned life!

In this episode, I'm sharing my opinion on what living in Pure Alignment means, and it's more than the 4 steps of the Alignment Vortex of Self-Discovery (episodes 4-7).

My definition of Pure Alignment is:

It does start with the  Alignment Vortex of Self-Discovery (episodes 4-7).

1. Being Connected to your Vision
2.  Reality check and audit
3. Energy and Intention
4. Inspired Action

And then to add to it and what makes it 'pure' is making sure you are following your own rules and what works for you, creating a life you desire because it's what makes you happy and what you want, deep trust and surrender, and doing it for you first!

Living in Pure Alignment is a daily practice and reflection so you can make small adjustments every day to make sure you are living authentically to you.
