Alec Lewis just moved to Minnesota to start covering the Minnesota Vikings so he joins Matthew Coller to talk about his experience with Vikings-Packers, how covering the NFL is different from baseball, and then they break down what the Vikings can take with them from the Packers game and carry over to the matchup with the Eagles

As first impressions go, the Minnesota Vikings did as well as they possibly could have on Sunday against the Green Bay Packers. Purple Insider's favorite columnist talks about what Kevin O'Connell's mindset has done for the Vikings' vibes and whether it can all continue like this when there are ups and downs within the season. Plus, what's up with the Packers and the NFC? Is the door open for the Vikings to blast through it and win the division now?

Matthew Coller and Paul Hodowanic break down the Vikings' 23-7 win over the Green Bay Packers. How the Vikings kept the gas pedal down offensively and kept pushing the ball to Justin Jefferson and whether the Packers' offensive struggles were the Vikings playing great defense or the Packers having no good receivers.

ESPN Wisconsin's Jason Wilde joins the show to talk about what's going on with Aaron Rodgers and why he thinks the Green Bay Packers are facing the most uncertainty they've had in a long time. Should we believe Rodgers can be the same without Davante Adams? Is Green Bay's defense a house of cards? Will the Packers take time to get things together, meaning a rough start on Sunday afternoon?

Matthew Coller and Will Ragatz of Sports Illustrated dive into some interesting comments from Kirk Cousins regarding aggressiveness and Justin Jefferson/Adam Thielen both admitted that learning the offense has been a little tricky. What will that mean for Week 1? Plus the best matchups and whether Lewis Cine not starting Week 1 matters.

Football writer Kalyn Kahler talks about her new podcast QB2 in which she interviews backup quarterbacks and then discusses some key questions, like whether it's reasonable to pick Kirk Cousins for MVP, whether you'd rather have him or Derek Carr to win one game, who you'd want for a locker room speech and more...

Minnesota Vikings fans have questions about their matchup with the Green Bay Packers -- a LOT of questions. We start with when the Packers' stranglehold on the NFC North will be over and move on to whether Harrison Phillips is a key swingman, the key players if the Vikings were to win by three scores, whether we could still feel good about the Vikings if they don't win the game and many many more

Former Minnesota Viking Jeremiah Sirles returns to the show to talk about the Vikings' offense and things that could determine whether they can handle the Green Bay Packers in Week 1. He talks about a new right guard and what the scheme can do to help. After the first Minnesota Vikings open locker room of the year we learned that Za'Darius Smith appreciated the Vikings keeping him healthy and that is kind of a big deal going into Packers week. Plus Irv Smith Jr. sounds like he is ready to return. Will he be all the way back? Then fan questions: Was Rick Spielman bad at drafting? Will Adam Thielen stay good into his 30s? And how good do the VIkings have to be for Kirk Cousins to win the Super Bowl?
