Purple Reign

NEXT STOP CHICAGOThe PWHL Takeover Tour 2025/26 continued as we went back to Chicago as one of the league's newest rivalries went head to head as the Seattle Torrent found their offenceWhile the Torrent impressed on the ice the Windy City on the other hand failed miserably again in the stands proving that this so called ideal market is not ready to house a PWHL team full team yet

NEXT STOP WINNIPEGThe PWHL Takeover Tour 2025/26 continued as Manitoba got it's first taste of PWHL action in a high octane thriller between the Montreal Victoire and the Ottawa Charge that held big playoff implications for OttawaI have to say I was very impressed with Winnipeg who originally me and Lady were sceptical when the tour was announced but Pluto is the one causing the raucous as he thinks they could be perfect

NEXT STOP DENVERThe PWHL Takeover Tour 2025/26 continued as the Purple Trio were actually in Denver for what was a heart attacking afternoon at Ball Arena as the Frost's penalty kill nearly cost themDespite the drama the people of Denver absolutely got their money's worth and the Mile High City absolutely has my back in their efforts to land an expansion team

This time the Purple Trio recounts their experience attending the Takeover Tour and what it was like attending a neutral site game as we were at Ball Arena for our game vs the New York Sirens on March 15 in what was a once in a lifetime experience

This time the Purple Trio recount their experience on attending the PWHL in person and there is literally no comparison as it was an experience like no other and of course we would highly recommend you get out there for yourselves

This time we recount our experiences in Denver as we made a flyby to the Mile High City to represent both the league and our Frost on the Takeover TourHowever while we raved Minneapolis, Denver on the other hand felt a bit secluded but then again we were only there for one event and it was just fine

This time we recount our experiences being in Minneapolis for the very first time as dare I say it was the best place I've ever visited as everyone was so friendly and welcoming You could say it's a home away from home just like how San Jose is and next time I'll attend a Wild game with Nordy

In this game recap the Purple Trio recount the third game of their trip on March 18 which saw the Minnesota Frost win 5-0 over the Ottawa Charge

In this game recap the Purple Trio recount the second game of their trip on March 15 which saw the Minnesota Frost win 4-3 over the New York Sirens

Before the season started we covered the arena situation facing the Ottawa Charge and we hadn't heard anything since the season began back in NovemberBut that changed on the night before we flew out to Minneapolis as we learnt that the Senators & Charge have had talks about partnering up and becoming co tenants at CTC a move that I fully support
