Episode 59: Back for his second appearance on the podcast Deon Rose was the guest for episode 6 where he discussed his early childhood, battling mouth cancer and attending college. After graduating he began working with JetBlue which has allowed him to travel to places like Bali, Italy, Rome, Australia, Japan and more in just the past year. When entering a new country he has an idea of what he would like to do but he is never afraid to ask locals questions on where to go or what to eat. Most of his travel is done alone and he has never had a bad experience. It can be a little scary sometimes but once he puts himself into the environment he’s able to figure it out. He shakes everyone’s hand the same way no matter who they’re or how much money they make because he knows that’s how he would like to be treated. What he enjoys the most about traveling is that he’s able to gain perspective on how other people live in different parts of the world. One of his big bucket list items was to visit every continent before the age of 25 and at 24 he’s practically done it without having visited Antarctica. As he documents his life through pictures, blog posts, videos or podcasts he wants people to take away nothing but good energy and hopes that it may inspire them to do what they love. In this episode Deon discusses: stay zoned in on what we can control, we have to take care of ourselves before we worry about anyone else, discipline, love, self-awareness and gratitude are important in day-to-day life, finding true value in our job or career aside from making money, balancing how much time we spend on social media and being cautious of what we’re consuming, trying to make everyday productive by learning something new, writing down our bucket list items and crossing them off one at a time. — Subscribe to our YouTube Channel for new interviews (and more) weekly: http://bit.ly/2zprpon Follow us on Soundcloud: http://bit.ly/2hcSBws Subscribe to iTunes: http://apple.co/2yE0u9l Follow us on social media: Instagram: http://bit.ly/2j82AHF Follow Bobbbaaaay on social media: Instagram: http://bit.ly/2Ap24ce Twitter: http://bit.ly/2hj6Ljm
Episode 58: During Carter's junior year of highschool him and his friend Dave formed a band with no game plan except to create great music. Just a year later they were being flown out from their hometown of Wayland, MA, a suburb of Boston as their band ‘AER’ was beginning to have some traction. For the next six years they would go onto headlining their own national tours, rocked out in Europe and saw their self-titled project debut at #26 on Billboard. In May of 2016 they mutually came to an agreement it was time for both of them to split ways and go on their own adventures to see where the world would take them. Today Carter Reeves is “letting people love the music for what it is” as he continues to explore this new wave and sound. He is focused on becoming the best musician he can possibly be and wants nothing more than to make people happy. In this episode Carter discusses seeing through with ideas we have because if we say we’re going to do something then we need to do it, as long as we believe in what we’re creating than that is all that matters, be comfortable in your own skin, if you’re never setting yourself up to get inspired it’ll never come to you, all we need to focus on is living in this very moment, capturing an idea or thought and coming back to it at a different time, having structure to your day and mapping it out, change is never a bad thing and understanding that no matter what… life goes on. — Subscribe to our YouTube Channel for new interviews (and more) weekly: http://bit.ly/2zprpon Follow us on Soundcloud: http://bit.ly/2hcSBws Subscribe to iTunes: http://apple.co/2yE0u9l Follow us on social media: Instagram: http://bit.ly/2j82AHF Follow Bobbbaaaay on social media: Instagram: http://bit.ly/2Ap24ce Twitter: http://bit.ly/2hj6Ljm

He was reading books, watching YouTube videos and ultimately trying to package his clients music into something you would hear on the radio. In April of 2017 he moved to Los Angeles for more opportunities and has began testing other creative outlets aside from the engineering such as songwriting, video directing and helping his friends create meaningful and positive content. Episode 51: Thinking back to his younger years Mason did not attend major events and stayed away from social settings because he was very self-conscious and was worried about what people might think of him. His social anxiety was and still is a daily struggle that he works on getting better at but overall things have changed quite a bit for him. At 21 years young, he is confident in his own skin and can laugh thinking back on who he used to be as he now is able to shoot photos on stage of crowds of 2,000+ people without hesitation. A great example that with time, you too can overcome your own obstacles. He grew up in the small town of 800 people in Huron, Ohio where he has lived all of his life. Growing up he tried playing a handful of sports such as basketball, football, baseball and even soccer but by the time he had reached high school, he was obsessed with video games and was making real money. He got a partnership with YouTube in their early stages and was releasing montage videos with his clan. The kids at his high school didn't think it was “cool” and would chuckle him in the hallways. He ended up leaving that school for one year mostly because of the harassment and by the time he returned for his senior year, it had died down a bit. Along the way he stumbled into his passion for photography and making videos which is his main focus. All it took was one semester of community college for him to realize school was not the route he needed to go and instead he continued to teach himself his craft and went out to learn on his own. Back in September 2016, Mason was invited on his first tour of the country where it opened his eyes to what this world has to offer. One of the main lessons he learned on the road which he has incorporated into his daily life is to just go with the flow because everything happens for a reason. Episode 50: While on a trip to New York City in 8th grade there was something about the city that pulled Tyler in and he felt it was a place he needed to be. Growing up in Tallahassee, Florida was a much different place than the hustle and grind of Manhattan. At 23 years young he is the art director for Gary Vaynerchuk and living a life that almost feels like a dream. Fortunately for Tyler his parents were always very supportive of what he wanted to do and as he began to explore his passion for magic he slowly was opening up the door to another one; filmmaking. His father was a successful lawyer and mother who worked hard in the medical field. Both of which having a strong educational background, they pushed Tyler into community college. He didn’t want to just “get a job” and this was buying him more time to figure out what exactly he was going to do. Loving Gary Vaynerchuk’s content and still thinking about moving to New York, Tyler found himself working as a design intern for Vaynermedia. When full-time positions were offered to the two interns he had working alongside he was devastated and began thinking about what his next move was going to be. Tyler set up a brief meeting with Gary as his last day was approaching which ended up turning into a forty-five minute taxi ride of the two of them talking. Tyler was given him a one month internship to personally work for him and within two weeks he had a full time offer presented before him to work as his art director of his personal brand “Gary Vee.” In this episode Tyler discusses staying a child at heart because then you’re never scared of anything, people do not have a good enough relationship with the fact that they will die one day, creating content that is impactful, working with a small team and capturing ideas that might not be used now but could be used later, wanting to do too much and not recognizing where he is at, focus on one thing at a time and getting really good at it, working alongside Gary has taught Tyler to live without regret, everyone is wrapped up in their own shit and doesn’t care as much as you think they do, even with how much you think you know there is always something to be learned and waking up everyday doing what you love. — Subscribe to our YouTube Channel for new interviews (and more) weekly: http://bit.ly/2zprpon Follow us on Soundcloud: http://bit.ly/2hcSBws Subscribe to iTunes: http://apple.co/2yE0u9l Follow us on social media: Instagram: http://bit.ly/2j82AHF Follow Bobbbaaaay on social media: Instagram: http://bit.ly/2Ap24ce Twitter: http://bit.ly/2hj6Ljm
