If you’re looking to get some ink done, Alexis Xol is your gal. What started as an apprenticeship when she was 16 at Rich Ink tattoo in North Hollywood, CA turned into a full-time career which she absolutely loves. For her it’s about using her passion to positively impact people and bringing their ideas to life. She grew up in Burbank, CA a very conservative community and was the youngest of three sisters. In high school she was on the varsity cheer team and even became a captain at one point. She loved the competitive nature of the sport and it pushed herself to become the best. Along the way drawing had always been something she enjoyed and with guidance from one of the woman that she worked with, she began to transition into tattoos. The first tattoo she ever gave was a $ sign and as she continued to get better at it and develop her own style, the demand for her work continued to rise. As of today she only takes appointments which has helped her maximize every minute of the day. She plans to open up her own shop in the future that will also serve as a studio space for people to collaborate and connect. Reef Boii shreds the bass unlike any other human on this earth. Originally from East Flatbush, a neighborhood in Brooklyn, New York he had the challenge of figuring out who he truly was in a city that can pull you in every direction possible. At a young age his mother forced him to play the drums and although he hated it, he eventually found his passion for the bass. After high school he shipped up to Boston, MA to attend Berklee College Of Music with a scholarship to continue chasing his passion. During his junior year a dream came true for him - he left school for the semester and joined AER on the road for his first tour. From this moment moving forward, the opportunities only continued to show up. Luck, hard work and timing were all on his side. As of today he’s ⅓ of Cody Simpson & The Tide, has played a role in Netflix Original Sandy Wexler with Adam Sandler and wants to reach the Billboard charts along with winning a Grammy at some point. Cam Nizz is not only a music photographer but really an all around creative person. He lives in Los Angeles, has become a main role in Justin Escalona’s (Ep 20) daily vlog “Daily Docs” and keeps an open mind for the unknown possibilities that could arrive at his doorstep at any given moment. He was raised in Kirksville, Missouri alongside his younger brother. There was a bit of tension with him and his parents when he was hanging out with the wrong crowd and he eventually got back on the right path. In highschool he played basketball and football but during his junior year he was battling depression and was sick of listening to people tell him how to live his life. One day looking at himself in the mirror, he realized all he needed to do was become the best version of himself and do what makes him happy. After attending Truman State University on a football scholarship for less than a year - he left. He was failing the majority of his classes and realized it wasn’t meant for him. Instead he had a vision to work, save up money and move to LA to continue to focus on his photography passion and so he did that. One relationship that has helped get him to where he is today is with recording artist Anthony Russo. Aryia is most known for being the star behind the YouTube channel “Simple Sexy Stupid” which has grown to 967k+ subscribers with 144 Million overall views where he interviews woman about relationships, sex and their perspective on specific topics. There's a good chance you’ve come across one of her photos without even knowing it. Nesrin Danan aka “Blackprints” is a 22 years young photographer who has shot for some of your favorite artists like G-Eazy, Blackbear, Olivia O’brien and she has created content for companies such as Bose, M&M’s, Urban Outfitters, Postmates, Uber and more. None of this was part of the plan, it kinda just happened. She had taken a film/photography class in high school in Corvallis, Oregon because she was slightly interested. Needing to take pictures for her class she ended up at a Macklemore & Ryan Lewis show at the Flat Tail Music Festival in 2012 and was instantly pulled in. By the time she reached college at Portland State University, she was balancing being a full-time student, having a social life, going to the gym and even flying out on weekends to NYC or festivals to work. What’s different about Nesrin than most photographers is you’ll come across a post of her on her own Instagram. She’s fully confident with sharing her personal life with her followers and wants to come off as someone who keeps it real. Aside from her photography passion she’s a huuuuge foodie and can be caught at Urth Cafe or Greenspan’s Grilled Cheese while in LA. Depending on the day of the week Cam Meekins might be wearing one of a handful of hats. He’s a rapper, producer, entrepreneur and enthusiast who loves to create. He was raised in Wellesley, MA and was the youngest of five children. At 15 he was involved in a life threatening jet ski accident that completely changed his perspective of the world and so he began to go all in on music because of it. By the age of 17 he really started to gain some traction and kept running with it. At one point he had a short deal with Atlantic Records and eventually launched his own label, Lamp City Records which is still running today. Music has provided him with a platform to talk about what he’s currently going through in his life and he feels it’s his responsibility to use the art as a way to express the wins, losses and everything in between. He enjoys vlogging the behind the scenes of his life, has invested money into his brothers English Muffin company and wants to continue to grow in the entrepreneur world and invest in other people's ideas. Jeremiah Davis aka “That One Blond Kid” spends half of the year living in Venice Beach, CA and the other half traveling as a videographer & content creator for influencers, brands and artists. Raised in Claremont, CA he was surrounded by three older brothers and a very supportive family. Baseball was one of his early passions and by the time he made it to college he tossed the towel in and focused on his camera. His life took a turn when he slid through the DM of Rory Kramer, a professional videographer and brought him value by shooting drone footage for him. He would go on to connect with Dave Lingwood, a member of MTV’s The Buried Life and was soon traveling the world with The Chainsmokers with full creative control. Back in September of 2017 his Snapchat Discover Series “Without Limits” launched which was him and his friends traveling around the world pushing themselves to do unimaginable things that most people wouldn’t dare to do. He is the tour manager for Louis the Child and just returned home after being on the road for eleven weeks with the crew. With his line of work he tries to lead by example, make sure the entire operation runs smoothly and most importantly he likes to be the person that brings everyone together to make them family. With just a few years shy of a decade of being on the road, Mike Trueblood has learned a lot about himself. Being raised in the Northeast and dealing with the seasonal weather has helped shape him into who he is today. The cold winters make places such as LA feel like paradise. He spent a year a half at Roger Williams College in Rhode Island playing baseball and quickly realized this wasn’t meant for him so he took a year off from school to see what he could do next. The timing couldn’t have been better because his friends Carter (Episode 58) & Dave were sending him records of their early music, Mike would give them feedback and they would soon form a group by the name of AER. In the beginning of AER Mike was just a homie there to help out and drive them to music videos in his mothers Toyota Highlander or one off shows. He was adding value in anyway that he could not because he was looking to get paid but because of the genuine friendships and believing they had what it took. As the group started to gain success he stepped in as their official Tour Manager and was driving all over the US with them. Eventually it led to him working with Hoodie Allen, Tribal Seeds, Chef’Special, Our Last Night, The Knocks, Lauv and now today Louis the Child.
