When I decided to create my own business, one of the first people I connected with was the QUEEN, Shawna Poliziani.  The single most important step in re-igniting your fire and unlocking a new purpose is gaining clarity.  When Shawna walked me through the process and created a mood board I started to see who I really was.  Having someone else mirror back for me what I couldn't see was the most enlightening experience.  In this episode we talk about what exactly a mood board is, how to create one and why you NEED one (even if you're not in business).
