  • Episode 30: Insecurities with Steve And Lindsay Bergeron
After the last podcast I did with Steve and Lindsay, (Go check out Episode 17 if you have not already)Steve started telling me how nervous he was and how speaking was an insecurity of his. Lindsay and I reassured him he did a fantastic job and shared some of our own insecurities. We realized how much we all had in common in terms of having fears, feeling insecure, and all shared ways we were working on ourselves. We thought this episode would be a really great place to share all of that information. We want to show other coaches, they do not have to appear like they have it together all the time and to show those who are not coaches that we are not perfect either. No one is. No one gets away without having some kind of something.
