Dillan is a health coach who has helped tons of individuals develop a more confident sense of identity and we go in-depth in talking about his own physical and mental transformations. As he states “Nothing you do from the outside of the vessel will change the inside”.

Jen has been an inspiration to me ever since I saw her complete the Iron Maiden Challenge back in the summer of 2015. I knew it took her years to train for this feet, but I had no idea the amount of mental training she put into this event! For many individuals the spotlight fuels them, for others it halts their progress. Jen gives me all the details on how she has dealt with performance anxiety and how we can all figure out ways to deal with our mental demons that slow us down in achieving big goals.

I have looked up to Erin Brown and her work for the past few years so when she agreed to be on the podcast I was absolutely elated! One thing I really have really admired in her work is her focus on equality and advocacy for others.
