Robert C Gourlay, RFD, B.App.Sc., M.App.Sc. Company Director and Environmental Research Scientist Robert is the Managing Director and Chief Scientist of Resonate Research Pty Ltd (www.phion.com.au, www.meawater.com, www.primalwater.com.au) and Environmental Research and Information Consortium Pty Ltd (ERIC, www.eric.com.au) and a principal environmental scientist specializing in biological research, water structure science, groundwater mapping and bore location, resource assessment and management.  

Robert is the inventor of the MEA water devices. He has over 30 years of water structure research, leading to the first MEA water prototype in September 2012, capable of holding a permanent negative charge and structure. The design and engineering have been improved since that time through innovation or feedback from over 300 experiments with water quality, microbes, plants, animal, and human wellbeing.
