WELCOME BACK ! 

It's been a minute aka like 3 months since I recorded the last episode. Honestly a bunch of shit happened and I feel like I'm finally ready to record again. I wanted to keep this episode semi-short and talk about some tips that I learned so far from marathon training. This is for anyone who has wanted to do a race whether it is a 5k, 10k, half marathon or marathon! I hope you find these tips helpful! It was nice getting back on the microphone. 

I have to go get ready for tomorrow's 10 miles, but I hope everyone is feeling loved and taking care of themselves. 

I might have to rename this podcast and get a new logo too. :O !?

Hello QC Fam ! Hope all IS WELL! 

In episode 83, I talk about how I gave up alcohol AGAIN in January. In this episode I talk about the benefits of giving up alcohol for a month. I share some tips to get through it and even share some of my mocktail recipes. 

If you end up doing an experiment or challenge or journey (Whatever you want to call it), of no alcohol this episode can be helpful for you! If I could give one piece of advice to anyone wanting to try it, it is to write down when you usually drink (time and day). I would try to come up with hobbies or activities to do during those times you usually are drinking. Just know you can do anything you put your mind to and you CAN do hard things. You got this. Hello QC Fam !! 

In this challenge episode, I talk about my yoga journey over the past 30 days! I talk about Yoga with Adriene and what to expect if you decide to do this journey as well. This is all the things and points I would've liked to be told if this was the first time going on a yoga mat.  Yoga is so yummy and beneficial for us to practice daily or weekly or even monthly; that I really hope this inspires you guys to hop on a mat and try yoga out. Hello QC Fam ! 

In this episode, I talk about how I have started Caroline Girvan's 10 week Epic program on Youtube. Sunday's episodes are going to be a weekly "check in" or "update" of how the program is going.
