I had Catherine on my series because she recently mentored a Teacher Candidate for 3 weeks in her classroom for the first time! And I wanted to get to know what the experience was like from an Associate Teacher's point of view. Catherine has so much to share about her three weeks and it really opened my eyes as a pre-service teacher, for my up coming practicuum in the Fall/Winter. I can now empathize with my Associate Teacher and understand what it is like to be on the flip side of the coin.
