We speak to Kirsty who is your current Miss Pageant Queen Newcastle and will be competing this September for the Miss Pageant Queen UK Crown. We talk about her experience with mental health, from panic attacks, discrimination at work and medication to help anxiety, there is lots of information to help if you have been in similar situations! Today we talk to Ashleigh, who will be competing for the first time at the Galaxy UK finals in November. She shares her story about addiction with alcohol and how she overcame her addictions, alongside having OCD. Alcoholism is not something we have discussed so it's important to show that anyone can become alcohol dependant, it's not the simple case of cracking a drink in the morning or even having a drink every single day, it's when it becomes that crutch, where every occasion is a drinking occasion.

We are not experts on this subject, just sharing our experiences, please seek help with your doctor! There are many help pages and charities that can help including MIND who run programmes to help, as well as rehab facilities. 

Today we speak to Amber who shares her story about baby loss and dealing with life afterwards. It's such an important thing to discuss as one in 4 women will suffer a miscarriage or give birth to their baby stillborn. Amber will be competing in the Miss Voluptuous finals next January and is using her title to spread more awareness about losing an unborn child. In today's episode we talk to Aimee, who will be competing in the Miss International UK finals next month fingers crossed COVID! We talk about her mental health journey after being sexually assaulted and the processes she had to go through and still deal with. Aimee uses her voice for survivors everywhere and we wish the biggest luck for July's finals! 

Today's Queen Chats we talk to Rebecca who will be representing Bristol in the Miss Mystic Beauty Finals this October. We talk about her mental health journey through bullying at school to becoming a mum, and all of the feelings in-between. We talk about her journey of Mental Health and how she was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, and managing this diagnose.
