On November 25th the United Nations marked this period the 16 Days of Activism against Gender Based Violence, starting on White Ribbon Day otherwise known as the International Day for the Eradication of Violence against Women, and ends on December 10th which is World Human Rights Day. I wanted to use my platform to bring more awareness to DV, and interviewed 16 pageant girls from past queens to future queens each day.

Today I will be sharing Hannah's story about her abusive husband, and how she escaped and faced her own addictions to get out of an abusive situation.  Hannah will be competing in the Miss Atlantic Beauty Pageant finals this April and we wish her all the best for the finals!

Julie was also crowned Ms Exquisite Global United 2020/2021 in lockdown and is using her crown to bring more awareness and to help others with their story. Today I will be sharing Sophie's story and how she has created the Red Flags to educate and inform others about the changes in their relationships from her personal experience and studies. Sophie will be taking to the Miss Universe Great Britain stage next year and will be using her platform to educate about these flags and also the importance of self defence.
