When we talk about black love, we mean more than just romantic love. We are talking about loving your own history and culture, loving the skin you’re in, love within families, love and support for your community, as well as romantic love. When we’re vulnerable, we finally have the ability to genuinely feel joy, grief & pain. It’s not always fun — the pendulum swings both ways — but it’s real. Tune in as we discuss @jadapinkettsmith “Red Table Talk” with @BreneBrown about the importance of expressing vulnerability.
