Hey everybody! Welcome back for more fun on Queer All Year!
First, we'd like to apologize for the late upload, the wifi's been on the fritz but I think this should make it out there! So in today's episode we celebrate the International Day of Transgender Visibility. This day is to celebrate the lives and achievements of those in the transgender community. After that, Cat and McG have a great discussion on the Teletubbies once again, this time focusing on actual proposed legislation to ban the show based on a character's presumed sexuality. The legislation was disgusting, but the conversation is hilarious.
    Thanks so much

  • March 27th in Queer History, "Trapped Like Rats! Covid Crisis
Hey everybody! welcome back for a fun and experimental episode of Queer All Year!
Normally Cat and McG record the episodes together, but due to social distancing and orders from the Governor to stay home, we aren't capable of recording together anymore. As I'm sure you've heard us complain, we are using antiquated technology no newer than 2011. The show must go on, however, and we found a way to create a high quality sound that almost gives you the impression that we're in the same room. Please give us feedback on the new format at Facebook.com/queerallyear.

  • March 25th in Queer History, "Big, Gay Apocalypse!
Hey everybody! Welcome back for another awesome episode of Queer All Year!
Today, Cat and McG start out with a story about a California congressman who was the first congressman to display the pride flag, which resulted in the flag being destroyed by an Anti-Queer protestor and the congressman being sued. Not a very happy story, but we get a couple kicks out of our next discussion: The now ex-lawyer is a so-called "Machinist" in which he means to say he is attracted to his laptop. Cat discusses why this is objectophilia, rather than being a machinist. Finally, Cat and McG have a little discussion regarding Rush Limbaugh, in which his guest starts speaking of a Big, Gay Apocalypse.

  • March 23rd in Queer History, "Gay as a 3 Dollar Bill!" Joe Exotic, George W. Bush
Hey everybody! Welcome to a ridiculous episode of Queer All Year!
We know a lot of you are also binge-watching during these uncertain times, so we decided to talk about a man featured in a Netflix documentary: Joe Exotic. He is one of the most colorful individuals McG and Cat had ever heard this. Cat remembers when this was in the news and stayed updated on Joe Exotic's wild life, therefore giving us some insight into how things unraveled. We spent so much time on this character that we barely had enough time to mention George W. Bush. Bush was anti-marriage equality.
