We go all over the place: Cat talks about her past ambitions to be an FBI agent, honoring our soldiers for Military Appreciation Month, but also pro-queer legislation in Maine. Cat and McG also discuss Grimm's Fairy Tales and the ridiculously dark messages behind them.

Cat runs the gamut from talking about the ridiculous procedures that take place within British Parliament and the monarchy. This sets us up for the story of two gay men that liked to cross-dress and go by the stage names of Stella and Fanny. Police entrap the two and a very long and arduous legal process awaited them.

Today, Cat and McG start out their banter trying to decide if the first use of hillbilly or the anniversary of the SARS outbreak is more important to talk about. Eventually we decide Kansas should build a wall around Missouri. This leads to Cat's main story: the Hate Crimes Statistics Act which later became part of the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act.

Today, Cat and McG have a little bit of fun now that our recording equipment is cooperating. After lamenting over Tiger King's popularity, we decide that Earth should consider a change in name. We also talk trash on sports stadiums and about burning witches! We also remind everyone that the Day of Silence is coming up in a few days. Cat's main story, however, is not very fun. She tells of Frank Bartley, a homosexual who was entrapped and executed by Berkeley, California police officers. No repercussions ever came to the officers involved in this "accidental" shooting.
