(1:06:46-1:16:54) –Geoff Mahan of Wheeler Elementary in Speedway stops by the show to give us a testimonial on how the Dakich Cycles for the City program impact students and families at a local school. Dan also reminds folks how they can donate to the cause and help out kids in the community.
(1:16:55-1:26:00) – Hour number two concludes with Dan tossing the ball to show producer Jimmy Cook who goes off on the owners of Kentucky Derby Winner Rich Strike who decided not to run their horse in the Preakness and rob the sports world of the Triple Crown.
(1:26:01-1:55:30) – Our friend Jason Benetti, the TV Voice of the White Sox and of NBC’s weekend MLB action, joins the program to share with us how his first MLB broadcast with NBC went. Benetti has plenty of stories to share from it, including some stories from his broadcast partner this past Sunday Kevin Youkilis. Plus, the usual Benetti DD antics and stories ensue.
