(00:00-23:15) – The show opens with Dan talking about the start of The Masters, followed by discussing the Colts and Titans Thursday Night Football matchup down in Nashville. Dan will be down in Nash-Vegas for the game and says he is on a rule of no shots. Dan also takes calls on tonight’s Colts games.
(23:18-33:55) – Dan takes some more calls on the Colts and then gets into some Victor Oladipo talk and his trade rumors. Dan calls Oladipo childish for wanting out and making his complaints public.
(33:59-41:12) – Dan continues to talk about Oladipo and compares it to past Indianapolis athletes wanting out or leaving like Paul George or Andrew Luck.
(41:14-1:01:02) – Former Colt Darius Butler joined DD for his weekly segment to preview tonight’s matchup against the Tennessee Titans. The guys discussed Philip Rivers and how crucial of a game it is for the Colts who can get back to a tie for first in the AFC South. The guys also discuss Ryan Tannehill and how dangerous he can be with time in the pocket. Later, Dan asks Darius why the Colts run game is struggling with the combination of Jonathan Taylor, Nyheim Hines, and Jordan Wilkins.
(1:01:03-1:19:30) – In response to the Victor Oladipo rumors that he had talked with other NBA players about leaving Indiana, former Indiana Men’s Basketball head coach and current HC at Georgia Tom Crean jumped on with DD. Tom discussed his personal conversation with Vic and how he denied the story that he had talked publicly about the matter. Tom and Dan also talked about relationships with former players and that they never go away.
(1:19:32-1:23:56) – The second hour closes with Dan responding to a tweet from IndyStar writer David Woods about his claim that 107.5 The Fan did not talk about Butler’s recruiting class.
(1:23:59-1:48:26) – IndyStar Sports Columnist Gregg Doyel made an impromptu appearance with Dan to discuss the David Woods tweet and also the Victor Oladipo news. The Oladipo story stemmed from a story in The Star from J Michael. Doyel and DD also talked about the process leading up to Vic possibly wanting out from the news over the summer that he would initially not play in the summer. Later, Dan welcomes his friend Paul Kuharsky from 104.5 The Zone in Tennessee to get us ready for the Colts and Titans.
(1:48:29-2:00:59) – ESPN’s Mike Wells called in for his weekly segment to talk with Dan about his expectations and pick for the Colts and Titans. Mike points out that with Philip Rivers facing another top defense, he cannot afford to throw bad interceptions. Especially on a short week on the road, and with the Colts at risk of dropping to 5-4. Wells also touched on the Victor Oladipo story and if the Pacers can figure out a trade for him. He said that Paul George would get more votes for Mayor of Indy than Vic right now.
(2:01:01-2:06:16) – Thursday’s show closes with Dan sharing his Masters sports betting and who he likes in tonight’s Colts Game. Show Producer Jimmy Cook also chips in with who he is betting tonight.
