Today, we are joined by Darwin Shurig, who currently runs his own executive search firm that specializes in mid-level to executive level opportunities for quality Engineering & Marketing talent in the medical industries. 

Darwin was a full-time respiratory therapist from 1994 thru 2004 before his career led to leadership positions in sales for medical device companies from 2004 to 2015. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Darwin wanted to apply his RT skills again and started looking for a place where he could return to work and Eskenazi Health offered him a 10-week contract working two 12-hour shifts per week.
