Imposter syndrome... we all struggle with it. Truly, it's the dilemma most people have these days. Those intrusive thoughts of "I'm not good enough," "I didn't do anything to deserve this," "they can't really feel that way about me," and more just keep bouncing around in our minds, desperately trying to be recognized as true.
But guess what? They're not.
Not. Even. Close.
On today's episode of Quest For Clarity, we discuss how to find certainty in yourself and discover the diamond in the dark (that's YOU!)

Does the idea of a New Year's Resolution make you cringe in embarrassment or deflate with disappointment? You are not alone. So many of us make resolutions that fail year after year that the easiest path is to simply avoid them completely. What if I told you there was a better way, a more effective way to think about your resolutions and to actually keep them.
Join me on the week's Quest for Clarity as we learn how to reframe your resolutions so they feel like opportunity not oppression or possibility, not penance. With a simple shift in your perspective and your language, you can change your attitude toward the New Year's resolution, its value and its effectiveness in your life.

When was the last time you heard yourself say, "nothing every works out for me? or " every relationship I've been in has been a disaster, or "I never get to do what I want ...?
Sweeping generalizations - that's what all these statements are, and we all have made them along the path of our life. The challenge is, these convenient statements have a tendency to paint everything with the same brush and can create some pretty powerful habits that don't serve you.
On our Quest for Clarity, this week, we are going to shine a light on some common 'sweeping generalizations' and we'll take a look at how we might use more than one paintbrush as we paint the events in our lives and talk about how things really are.
Welcome back to Quest For Clarity. On this week's episode, we're talking about everyone's favourite subject: emotions. You may not want to hear this, but it needs to be said.
Let's learn how to label our emotions, and also learn why this is an important practice for everyday life. Join me now for an in-depth discussion.

We are not meant to live our lives looking in the rearview mirror. We're not! How are we supposed to move forward while we look back? However, I recognize that our pasts can sometimes hold us back, can limit our movement forward, so it's worth looking back and analyzing the situation there. That's what today's episode is all about. Let's use our past and the positive mindsets to leave what no longer serves us and leverage what does.
It can truly change your life.

Are you waiting for your life to begin? Do you feel like you are on the edge of something but just can make the right decision? Do you feel like you are wasting your time and potential in a job that doesn’t fit?
You are not the only one. At times, and sometimes for long stretches of time, many of us feel like we are just coasting, not really making any progress on our journey and not really enjoying the view. What if you absolutely knew that everything you were doing in your life – even the painfully dull things – would benefit you in the long run?
As we Quest For Clarity this week, we’ll talk about that persistent desire to make one big decision and get on with things! It is a sticky habit that doesn’t really serve us. Let’s talk.

Sometimes the simplest strategies are the most effective. Whatever the challenge may be, no matter the strategy, the key to success is staying calm and WANTING to achieve.
This isn't news to you. It’s also no secret that life is busy, people feel stress and life feels like it happens ‘to’ us, sometimes. The result is we feel like we overflowing or struggling to keep our heads above the water and it feels like a relief to lash out at people and offload some stress, every now and again. But is that really helpful? So, what if you started to catch yourself in the moments you weren’t at your best behaviour and you slowly but steadily began to change?
On this episode of Quest For Clarity, we have a calm discussion about just that and I provide a simple strategy on how to get through these tough moments.

What if the Kardashian's media team could write the press for your life for a week? Though there might not be as many Galas and high-stakes events for you, wouldn’t it be wonderful to read the positive spin everything your life would have? No matter if you felt stuck, lonely or unmotivated, miraculously, when someone else wrote about your life it would be dynamic, engaging, and bold! You would feel like a totally different person.
This week on our Quest For Clarity, let’s talk about you taking some "press release" advice from the people who care about you. You might be amazed at the shift in your perspective.

What if at the root of it all, at your very essence, you were a profoundly positive person who believed that happiness in life was your divine right? Would your life look any different than it does, now? I bet the answer to that is a resounding "YES".
In the kick off month for season 2 of The Quest For Clarity, we’re going to take a look at some of your foundation beliefs about who you are and why you are here. You might be surprised at what comes in to clear focus. Together, we can challenge your limiting beliefs and build new, helpful ones that will bring your life to all new heights.

You know that philosophical question that nobody has the answer for? The one that goes, "what came first, the chicken or the egg?" If you think about it, it's a pretty big question to ask because at the root of the question is this concern of are we developed as fully formed beings or do we grow into what we become? Is the future of who we are already predetermined for us (chicken) or do we grow into it (egg)?
Yeah. It's a bit stressful. But let's scale it all back to the root of the Quest For Clarity: speaking our truth. To speak our truth, we need to BE our truth, which is what this episode is all about. Join me today as we ask ourselves who we are, where we come from, what we believe most, and how we communicate this authentically to the world.
It's a wild journey of self discovery and actualization, and I'm here to help you through it. Hit play now!
