1. Authentic Story. This is where you have to be comfortable being you and not try and be someone else. It's also about using story to frame your presentation for maximum impact.
2. Know your audience. Really take some time to understand who it is you are talking to and what it is they want out of the talk. This will create insane levels of engagement!
3. Practice. Practice. Practice. You have to write out your talk, and get somewhere to practice it. Record those practice sessions and then edit your talk.

1. Big Rocks first. This is about prioritising what you do with your time and making sure that the more important items are the first things you put in your diary.
2. Inbox Zero. Learn how to manage your email and todo list. Matt uses the principles of Inbox zero to keep on top of the many emails that pour in to his inbox daily.
3. Recognise seasons. We all go through different seasons - sometimes it's a busy season, so make sure you handle that right.
