Megan is a Spiritual Life Coach and Ayurvedic Health Coach here to help you embody the self, discover your joy, and unfold your dharma. She is the guide, helping you use your pain as the bridge to your healing, bringing you back into the co-creator role to live a soul aligned life you so deserve. 

Ayurveda is her main lens for life, but she also draws in tools and practices from Science, Psychology, Yoga, Breathwork, and Human Design to help you create your own Spiritual Toolbox and come home to yourself.
