This week was… interesting. From an unprecedented disciplinary action with a  Judge in Oklahoma to a Motion for Summary judgment in the Idaho Defamation case. The Swifties have bad blood with Ticketmaster, who is trying to push all their lawsuits into arbitration. Finally, there are updates in the Tati Westbrook case as it gets ready for trial in early 2024, and Kohberger’s motion to dismiss the indictment charging him with murder is denied.
