The aspirations and climate goals of Sydney's Opera House were among the topics discussed at Sunday"s Echuca/Moama Market.
A woman responsible for the leasing of internal areas talked about how difficult it has been to achieve zero emissions as many of those internal areas are set aside for restaurants and the chefs all prefer gas, a fossil fuel, for their cooking - it's a challenge, she said, they are working through.
