The Quiggin' Out MMA Podcast returns with easily one of the greatest MMA storytellers in the game today, Duane "Ole Bo" Finley. Finley. Finley's work can be found across multiple platforms,such as FloCombat and MyMMANews, and in his book, In the Cold Distance. Finley is surprised in this episode by his old co-hort and FloCombat go-to guy, Hunter Homistek, who drops in to talk about his travels and knowledge from Ole Bo himself.

This episode was a huge deal for me as I consider Duane not only to be one of my idols when it comes to writing, but has become a close friend over the years. And yes, I do almost cry at one point in the episode. That was not for shock value, that was 100% real emotion. Homistek himself has done some amazing work in the last few years outside of MMA and it sounds like it's only a matter of time before they get the gang back together, but this time, on their terms. Both of these men are amazing writers, go-getters, and at the end of the day, great friends.
