  • Get Gumption And Go
The amount of human potential that we all have if we contributed 100% every day is staggering.
Most people choose to sit back and let the world happen to them.
If you choose to be an active participant in your own life, and we compounded that across all people, we would solve most of world’s problems.
    Get some gumption today.
Make an effort. The world is passing you by.

  • Why are people so upset about cleaner energy?
I don’t quite understand why people are so upset about cleaner energy.
To me, it seems like something that’s rather boring and really doesn’t affect much of our lives. When we make the transition to cleaner energy, nobody’s even going to know we made the transition to cleaner energy.
It will just simply be cleaner.
It’s not like when I plug into the wall that I know about all of the energy production to get it there.
You know how that there are foods and products that you can get that tell a story about how it got to your house? When is the last time that you saw that with the utilities?
Most people cannot even tell you anything about energy in their house.

  • Your world is constantly growing
Nobody is taking from you in the long run.
In the short run, of course they take from you and of course they are taking advantage of you.
However, in the long run the world is constantly growing. You have a lot of opportunities that you can access that far outweigh those petty actions.
How do you actually get access to opportunities? You have more opportunities when you are kind. You can access to opportunities by being nice and kind and working to the best of your ability.
Over in the long run people will see that you’re a genuine and kind person and preferred to be around somebody like that and somebody that is a “grumpy grouch.”
If you want to grow and get access to these opportunities, remember to be kind. Keep working to the best of your ability and encourage kindness!

  • Simple ideas require more work
    Every idea seems simple upfront.
In my experience, writing an idea start out as a simple task. you believe it’s gonna occur in a short period of time. When you go to actually write the idea you discover it’s far more complicated than you thought.
You can blame this on naivety or hubris, But often you don’t understand the complexity of a situation until you actually are in it.
On the reverse side, if you read an idea that seems too simple, it is often revolutionary. The ideas that you think are so simple are usually more thought-provoking then you first think they are.
Simple ideas can be revolutionary because they speak to many things and can be useful under many contexts.

  • Just try no matter how you feel.
70% of the time you’re not going to feel like actually doing any work today.
    That is normal.
You simply have to just keep getting up, knowing that you don’t feel like doing it.
    You do it anyways.
If you don’t put in the work, who else is going to do it for you?

  • Dealing with the fact that you’re not getting credit in your lifetime
It is important to take a step back and live your life.
It’s not about the credit that you get or any fanfare, it’s about just living your life no matter what is going on.
If you are getting recognition, you have to acknowledge that there is very little reason for it.
If you don’t get recognition, you have to walk forward and live your simple life.
We all live simple lives. Have just simple moments and being OK with those simple moments.
We have to be happy with who you are at the moment.
    Just live your life.

  • Conflict of interest are inherent in all of our decisions
We need to be cognizant of conflict of interest that might occur in our decisions. issues of conflict of interest or not just limited to science and medicine.
In almost all of our choices, we are thinking about other things that may conflict with the choice we might make. we might be thinking about family choices, or other issues that we don’t disclose.
Where we have to really be concerned is when there’s a conflict of interest that has significant implications, and we are going to be make choices based on others’ interests.
I don’t think will ever be able to remove conflict of interest in any of our choices.
Just be aware that no decision in your life is free without conflict and thinking about other stakeholders.
From one perspective, thinking about multiple stakeholders is actually a benefit.
However, you have to prioritize the stakeholders, and be upfront about any conflict of interest you might experience.
There’s no implications that I can raise or think about, just be cognizant that conflict of interest exists in your decisions.

  • If Not You, Than Who?
if you see a problem, there’s more than you that thing is the problem. Remembering that everybody else sees the problem too, but they’re unable or unlikely to pursue the solution. You’re the only one that’s going to actually stand up and do it.
Get out there and actually pursue it.
