We repeat a 2015 episode with the wizard behind Portland's now iconic Salt & Straw, Tyler Malek. He and his cousin Kimberly started a little food cart on Alberta Street just a few years ago. And now they've expanded up and down the west coast, even into Disneyland. Our conversation with Tyler occurred before the expansion beyond Portland. He's an incredible Portland success story, not to mention a really nice, humble guy.
