This fall is Murray State's 100th football season and their 52nd at Roy Stewart Stadium. MSU Hall of Famer, Don Clayton and teammates share their memories of the day the stadium opened with a game against Western Carolina in 1973. Plus we catch up with Meghan Fletcher and Chelby Melvin of MSU Track & Field as they ended their seasons in Eugene, Oregon at the NCAA Finals.

This week we continue our celebration of 100 seasons of Murray State Football with an amazing accomplishment by quarterback Butch Mosby in 1993. Plus, MSU's Meghan Fletcher and Chelby Melvin prep for an appearance at the NCAA Track & Field Finals in Eugene, Oregon.

Butch Mosby is a former Racer quarterback who played for Coach Houston Nutt in his first season at Murray State 1993. Before he played six seasons of football in Germany and enjoyed a short career as a rapper, where he had a following in Europe and the middle east, Mosby set the FCS record for completing his first 19 passes in a win at UT Martin. He wasn’t around when Coach Houston Nutt’s team realized greatness in the 1995 and 1996 season, but Butch was there for the start of it and those times are still with him today.

On the program this week we recap Meghan Fletcher and Chelby Melvin as they advance to the NCAA Track & Field Finals for the Racers. Plus a great baseball of 37 wins comes to an end for the Racers at the MVC Championship. In our celebration of 100 years of Racer Football, how did Murray State beat Louisville 105-0? Big week for the Racers at the MVC Championships for track and field in Terre Haute and Softball in Normal, plus we meet Mallory Carnes, the new coach of MSU Cheerleading.

It's spring commencement at Murray State and Racer Volleyball student-athlete Dahlia Miller gets a big honor. We also preview the MSU softball and track & field teams heading to the Missouri Valley Conference post-season.

The Murray State women's tennis team is NCAA bound and we visit with Jim Raley, the Racers' oldest living baseball player at 92 years old. Plus the busy week that was for the Racers including the 42nd class announced to the MSU Hall of Fame and the Dunker Awards recap.

A busy week includes Murray State women's tennis winning the Racers' first MVC title and the Murray State men's golf team has a good week at The Valley tournament in Lake of the Ozarks. We also get ready for Johnny Reagan Day and say goodbye to MSU Hall of Famer Bob Doty.

Robin Courtney was part of the 2023 class to the Murray State Hall of Fame, as his career with the Thoroughbreds from 1976-79 was celebrated. Playing for legendary coach Johnny Reagan, Courtney shares his memories of playing for Coach, becoming a starter as a freshman and the 1979 team that was just one step from playing in the College World Series.

Golfing great Payton Carter saw the curtain come down on her amazing career with the Racers at the MVC Championship. Also Ja Morant's surprise when AD Nico Yantko informed him that he is part of the 2024 class to the MSU Hall of Fame.
