This Radical Support is a simple and powerful way to super charge what you would like to manifest using the energies of the New Moon. 

This Radical Support is ideal when you are wanting to align with specific changes or are wanting to open up to new possibilities and opportunities. This recording contains one round of the positive affirmations spoken and then they are embedded beneath the threshold of conscious perception. 

The changes that you want can get blocked by your ego due to limiting beliefs that you may hold, so a great way around it is to bypass the conscious mind completely and directly influence the subconscious mind. You will not consciously hear the affirmations but thankfully your subconscious mind is always listening so sit back and align with your intentions. 

You may like to repeat the first round of affirmations after me and then settle into a meditation, journaling or even drift off to sleep. 

Listening for several days following each New Moon and when you are experiencing or wanting times of change it will increase the impact by listening daily.

In this episode Radical Honesty with Integrity® I am joined by Dan Rolfe, a painter and decorator from South London.

Dan started working with me in April 2022 and is on an incredible journey. It is fair to say that when Dan contacted me he was not in a good place and in his words he was in "a dark hole" and a "pit". 

Dan was my ideal client! He is open minded, receptive and was able to be guided to reignite the light within that was always there. I worked with Dan using:

There were sessions that were hard but Dan kept showing up and slowly the his light got brighter and it was been a honour to witness. Dan is a testament to what commitment, pushing through the ego’s noise and trust can create. He now enjoys his own company, discovering now he is and pushes himself out of his comfort zone. 

He recommends stepping out of your comfort zone "100%" and is fully aware of the excuses that he can create that has the potential to hold him back. 

In this last year he has have travelled, travelled abroad and out of his comfort zone. He hopes that his journey encourages others to seek the help they need and that they open up to others about their mental health if needed.

This Radical Support is focused on circular breathing also known as conscious connected breathing. This technique involves breathing with no pause. You breath with no pause between inhalation and exhalation. You breath in at your own pace and breath out at your own pace trying to maintain a rhythm that feels good to you. 

Conscious Connected Breathing allows people to reconnect with themselves on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. Conscious Connected Breathing is a powerful, self-healing technique and you may find that suppressed thoughts, emotions, beliefs and trauma come up to be released through tears, trembling, a change in body temperature and other sensations. 

I invite you to feel whatever it is that you need to feel, using your breath to stay present and support you to release. Simply return to your normal breath. Expect each time you do this to have a different experience. 

The music has been created to support you with a calming effect to reduce anxiety and stress. The words peace and breathe are repeated which will be accessed by your subconscious so all you need to do is focus on your conscious connected breath.

This Radical Support has been created to support you to reduce and release anxiety in a slow, mindful way. If you are feeling anxious, worried, overwhelmed or panicked this Radical Support is for you. 

Follow along with the tapping sequence by pausing and holding, with gentle pressure, on each tapping point for 30 seconds. I will guide you from point to point, moving to a new point with a new affirmation. You can repeat the affirmation aloud and pause at the point becoming mindful of your breath and allowing your energy to settle.

You may choose to do this slow EFT session with your eyes open or closed, with the added benefits of the music going from theta to alpha waves. Alpha waves induce a sense of calm for the mind and body and the theta waves create a sense of relaxation.

At the age of 17 years,  Conor discusses how passionate he is about mental health and has been since he was a young child. He started Spark UK as a way to help other young people who were struggling with their mental health with the name coming to him in the middle of the night!

Spark UK provides resources and support to young people, and it also works to raise awareness about mental health issues and has had amazing growth in a short period of time.

In this episode of Radical Honesty with Integrity, I'm interviewing Simon Constantine, a perfumer based in Dorset and co-founder of ånd Fragrance.

His company is hand sourcing and hand formulating pure essential oils and essences. Their goal, in their words, is to reduce the stench of exploitation, mindless consumption, flagrant and disgusting over indulgence and pointless opalescence inviting us all to "stink the world".

Simon shares his journey into perfumery, his commitment to sustainability, and his vision for ånd Fragrance. He also shares his thoughts on the relationship between smell and mental health. Simon believes that smell can be a powerful tool for healing and transformation. 

Did you know that our sense of smell is processed by a part of the brain that also controls our memory? Simon encourages everyone to pay attention to the smells in their environment and to use them to connect with their emotions and their memories.

Simon explains how we create the association with smells we like or dislike by 2-3 years old which maybe influenced by the reaction's of others.

A radically honest conversation with Shasha Crow about her mental health journey from growing up trying to fulfil the expectations of her family and the wider community, and feeling that her true nature went against her conditioning. This podcast episode is truthful and vulnerable as Shasha and I discuss some very personal experiences and emotions.

After having her son she experienced post natal depression and feels this put her on a slippery slope. She started becoming more isolated, unhappy, blaming herself and this led towards feeling suicidal. When her son was one she had her first suicide attempt. She acknowledges the rage she felt and how it shocked her, and the intensity of the emotions that arose at the time. When Shasha shares her story it brought out a tear (or two) for us both, empaths be warned!

Shasha now sees the challenging chapters in her life, and indeed in all of our lives, as an opportunity for growth and transformation. She describes it as: "An initiation into the next phase of our journey."

Shasha shares how the phrase: "Stop being a drama queen" supported her and I got radically honest about my suicidal thoughts and how going second by second supported me. We discussed how all individuals need to be approached differently, and who is saying what is important when supporting someone who is feeling suicidal.
