The High Court in Johannesburg is yet to set a date to hear Radovan Krejcir's application for bail and leave to appeal his conviction and 35-years sentence. The Czech fugitive and five co-accused were expected to bring their applications yesterday (Wednesday). However, the court was presented with numerous challenges forcing a postponment for a date that will still be determined. Krejcir was sentenced to 35-years imprisonment for intent to deal with drugs, attempted murder and kidnapping. Noma Bolani reports.

In a statement, the management said it is expecting that lectures will resume next Monday.
