The Hawks will today approach the High Court in Pretoria, to challenge a court ruling that saw the overturning of the suspension of the Gauteng Hawks boss Maj-General Shadrack Sibiya. On Friday, Judge Elias Matojane ruled that Sibiya's suspension was unconstitutional, invalid and unlawful.
