FASHIONABLE FRIDAY: The Princess of Africa Yvonne
Chaka Chaka has launched her own homeware
collection. This limited-edition collection is called Chaka
Chaka Homeware Collection and it’s in collaboration with
Woolworths. She joins us on the line.

ARTS: Congratulations to Slam Poet Xabiso Vili who is the
winner of the 2022 World Slam Poetry Competition. He
was among 40 slam poets representing nations around
the world. We have Vili on the line but first let’s get a taste
of the poem that won him the big prize.

The Sizwe Kupelo Foundation is calling for a
ban against having pit bulls as domestic pets in South
Africa. The call comes in the wake of a spate of vicious
killings involving the breed. An online petition has
garnered more than 5 000 signatures. We now speak to
Sizwe Kupelo, Founder of the Sizwe Kupelo Foundation.
