Mohlauli has been granted R1,500 bail by the
Roodepoort magistrate’s court. The Dudula leader was
arrested on Thursday last week after Victor Ramerafe
opened a case at the Dobsonville police station. This
followed a raid at Ramerafe’s home by the movement’s
supporters, who had accused him of drug dealing. We

The International Federation of Christian
Churches says the new COVID-19 rules announced by
President Cyril Ramaphosa are irrational and
discriminatory. The president said both indoor and
outdoor venues could now take up to 50% of their
capacity, provided that those at venues show proof of
vaccination or a COVID test not older than 72 hours. We

American-based subscription streaming service Netflix has committed 929-million-rand to the South African filming industry. The company made its commitment at the fourth South Africa investment conference at the Sandton Convenction Centre in Johannesburg. The conference which was inaugurated in 2018 is looking for one-point-two trillion rand in investment commitments for the next five years.
