Suspended head of the Gauteng Health Department, Dr Barney Selebano, has given contradicting answers on whether Premier David Makhura knew about the transfer of patients to NGOs. Selebano also said he will not resign over the bungled Esidimeni relocations, which resulted in the deaths of 143 mentally ill-patients.
