The speaker of Parliament, Baleka Mbete, will announce her decision on whether or not a secret ballot will be used in tomorrow's motion of no confidence against President Jacob Zuma. This as opposition parties have accused Mbete of delaying the pronouncement. . The UDM and EFF, who want the voting to take place in secret, argue that many ANC MPs would be inclined to vote in favour of the motion if it is done is secret. SACP, a tripartite alliance partner with the ANC and COSATU has come out saying it will not support President Jacob Zuma in the motion of no confidence tomorrow.
