Parliament has reiterated that it is impossible to trace how individual MPs voted during this week's motion of no-confidence in President Jacob Zuma. The opposition in Kenya has urged the authorities to declare its leader, Raila Odinga, the winner of Tuesday's Presidential poll. At a news conference a spokesperson from Odinga's alliance, said un-named sources within the electoral commission have told them that Odinga had gained more votes than the current president Uhuru Kenyatta. Police in Kenya fired tear-gas on Wednesday at a group of 100 chanting supporters of Opposition leader Raila Odinga in Kisumu one of Odinga's strongholds.
