President Jacob Zuma says the ANC's constitution, specifically the section that speaks to acts of misconduct by members, needs to be applied. He was responding to the ANC-Youth League's call for the organisation to take disciplinary action against the 26 ANC MP's who voted in favour of the motion of no confidence to topple him last week. Addressing the cadres forum organised by the ANCYL at Pongola in the northern KwaZulu-Natal, Zuma said the party's top six will discuss the conduct of those 26 ANC MP's who voted in favour of the failed motion of no confidence in the President.
