Police say no warrant of arrest has been issued against Zimbabwe's first lady Grace Mugabe. Mugabe failed to arrive at the Sandton police station north of Johannesburg where she was expected to hand herself over to law enforcement authorities. This after she allegedly assaulted a 20-year-old model Gabriella Engels with an extension cord at a Sandton hotel on Sunday. Engels has since opened an assault case against Mugabe.
