He has since experienced several post-operation complications and has pneumonia affecting both lungs, rendering his condition serious. About 17 million SASSA beneficiaries are counting down to receiving their social grants on the 1st of April. The Constitutional Court has given Cash Paymaster Service (CPS) a go ahead to distribute grants after it declared its contract invalid.
