Radio Free Galaxy

Episode 50 is a Flawless Victory and we're excited to share it with you!

First up, we've got a Goro-sized review of the new cinematic adaption of MORTAL KOMBAT!!! Is this the film that finally beaks the curse of terrible video game movies, or is it just another Fatality? Also, what does Steven Segal have to do with this?

Next up is a series review of something that Travis can't stop talking about lately(annoyingly so...), the HARLEY QUINN animated series on HBO Max! We're gonna let you know why we think it's one of the greatest animated shows in a long time and why you should check it out right now!

An episode of RFG wouldn't be complete without a music review and Tine has a great one for us, BURNING WITCHES! These European ladies absolutely shred and we're going to let you know why we think they're one of the hottest metal bands on the planet!

Stay tuned for the end of the show when we have a poignant discussion about the therapuetic properties of tabletop gaming with friends and give a shout out to a forthcoming podcast that is exploring just this subject!

We're very proud of reaching Episode 50 of Radio Free Galaxy and we thank all of you for your support! Please remember to leave us a rating and review on whatever platform that you listen to us on, it really does help!

Episode #49 is a little bit subdued as we're hard at work getting ready for a huge 50th episode, but it's still esssential listening and we're happy to share it with you!

For the bulk of the podcast, you would think that Addam and Travis actually hated The Falcon and the Winter Soldier from how much time they spend complaining about it, but that's not the case! Join us as we break down the whole season in minute detail and wonder what's next for Sam & Bucky!

Stay tuned for the end of the episode for a review of the awesome new E.P., 'Behind The Wheel', by Kenosha horror punks, SLAUGHTER PARTY! We love this band's energy and can't wait for you to check out their new music!

Episode #48 is ready to be poured into your brain bucket!

We start the episode off with a review of the new Netflix movie, Thunder Force! There's no possible way that we could like a Ben Falcone & Melissa McCarthy movie, right? I mean, no way, right? Tune in to find out...

Past guests and 414 punk rockers, Indonesian Junk, have a new album out and in the second segment we let you know what we think about it! Spoilers: We think it's pretty great and you should definitely check it out!

To round out the show, we dive back into the lives of our favorite demon-fighting blockheads, Sam & Dean Winchester! In Season 7 of Supernatural, a Leviathan named Dick has a hard-on for eating humans and is trying to season us to his discerning palate! Can the boys stop him in time to save the buns of humanity, or are we all destined to be delicious, delicious sammiches?

Thanks for listening to Radio Free Galaxy and please remember to leave us a rating & review on whatever platform that you use!

Episode #47 is here and it's our most Kaiju-sized episode ever!

We start off the episode by having a chat with California musician Sid Damage, the mastermind behind the socially conscious punk rock project Psyd! Sid caught our attention with an excellent music video that he made during the social unrest of 2020 and we're excited for you to check it out!

In the second segment; Tine, Trisha, and I are joined by returning guest and monster movie fanatic, Doug Brem of Ratbatspider, to review the brand new Gogzilla vs. Kong movie! Did we love it? Did we hate? Do we recommend you see it? Did Kong just scratch his butt? Find out all this and so much more in our in-depth review!

For the final part of the show, Tine and I are joined by another returning guest and thrifting expert, Neil Beckman, to reveal some tips for new eBay sellers about how to not get caught in a trap buying some nostalgic garbage that will never sell. It can be overwhelming trying to figure out what to buy when you're out thrifting and we've got some simple tricks that you can use to make start making more money today!

Radio Free Galaxy Episode #46 is here and it's an action packed thrill ride that will leave you on the edge of your seat! Ok, maybe that's a little hyperbolic, but it's a really good episode and we're proud to share it with you!

In the first part of the show we have an interview with Eau Claire working class punk rockers Loi!l Pride! We got all three members(Mier, Amy, & Mijail) together for a chat and got to know what it's like spreading the gospel of punk rock in northern Wisconsin. Whether it's a dive bar, an all-you-can-eat pizza buffet, or a campground in the middle of nowhere; these dudes are ready to get back to playing shows and we can't wait for you to get to know them!

Stay tuned after the interview and get our review of the new Frank Grillo/Mel Gibson action movie, Boss Level! This movie is absolutely bonkers and you can check it streaming exclusively on Hulu.

In the final segment we dive back into the adventures of our favorite handsome demon fighting cake holes, Sam and Dean, for a discussion of Supernatural season 6! Who lost their soul? Which angel is being a jerk? What demonic plans are thwarted? We attempt to answer all these questions and more while staring into those dreamy eyes and longing for those pouty lips!

Stay Tuned, Support Local, and Broadcast to the Universe!

What do you get when you mix a great hardcore punk rock interview and a review of one of the worst movies ever made? Episode #45 of Radio Free Galaxy of course, and it's absolutely FIRE!!! We start the show off by having a conversation with the vocalist of Chicago punk band The Kreutzer Sonata, Adam Kreutzer! We talked about how Adam started The Kreutzer Sonata, what he's been doing to keep his creativity flowing during the pandemic, and what his plans for the future are. Stay tuned after the the interview as we break down our thoughts about the 4 hour abomination known as Zack Snyder's Justice League. Trigger Warning: If you're a DC fanboy who's butt is easily hurt by someone critizing something that you like, you should probably either listen to something else or have a nice big tub of diaper rash cream ready to soothe your pain. Seriously, this is one of our best episodes yet and I can't wait for you to check it out!

We've got a review extravaganza for Episode #44! There will be no need for you to use your brain to decide what to watch on television this week, we've got that covered for you! Not only do we continue our fantastic voyage through another magnificent season of Supernatural, but we've also got a review of the freshly released sequel Coming 2 America, AND a full season spoiler discussion of WandaVision! Thanks to Rich Altenbach of Murder Generation for joining us to give his thoughts on WandaVision! BUT THAT'S NOT ALL!!! Stay tuned to the end of the episode to hear our thoughts about whole canned chicken! WOW, that's a lot of podcast value for nothing!!!

How often are you the one who initiates lovemaking? You've just finished lovemaking but have not been satisfied, what do you do? All of these questions and more will be answered in this revealing episode as we take a Cosmopolitan sex quiz from 1980! Join myself, Trisha, Tine, and special guest Amy Schoenholtz as we muddle through this hilariously antiquated test and keep track of your own scores! Do you have what it takes to make you lover go wild with desire? Pour a glass of wine and get ready to get in touch with your sensuality!

Sometimes life gives you lemons, but thank god for vodka! Isn't that how the saying goes? Anyway, we tried to make a podcast and completely failed! We think it's hilarious and wanted to share it with you all! Enjoy!

Trisha, Tine, and I count down our top three favorite guilty pleasure movies! All of these movies are considered rotten according to the Tomatometer, but for whatever reason we can't stop watching them! Let us know what stinky movies would make your list and join in the conversation!
