Cardinals at the Vatican aren't the only ones doing the numbers this week, with some inside the Greens apparently vying for the party's leadership.
The Greens are yet to concede defeat in leader Adam Bandt's seat of Melbourne, which has been called for Labor by the ABC's chief elections analyst Antony Green.
After a 4.4 per cent primary vote swing against him, the ABC is projecting that Mr Bandt will lose the first seat ever won by the Greens (at a federal election) to Labor's Sarah Witty.

Ms Rabbani Khar has labelled the attacks "terrorism", but India says it struck infrastructure used by terrorist militants linked to last month's massacre of tourists in Indian-controlled Kashmir.
And Chinese shipping companies have begun advertising "origin washing" services to manufacturers as a way to circumvent the Trump administration's tariffs on Chinese exports
Advertisements have been posted on Chinese social media platforms and websites offering to re-route exports through other national ports in Asia to disguise the origin of goods and potentially avoid tariffs of 145 percent.
