In Butler County, police are investigating a head-on collision on Route Eight in Butler Township that claimed two lives and sent two others to the hospital. Authorities say twenty-seven-year-old Jennifer Johns of Kittanning and thirty-five-year-old Brandi Novosel of Butler were both killed in the crash. Police responded to Walnut Street Tuesday afternoon, where they found a victim suffering from multiple stab wounds. State Police and Chemung County Sheriff's deputies later located and arrested forty-five-year-old Lontell Maurice Davis. The victim remains in critical condition at a local hospital.
