تحقیقات و تجربه ثابت کرده که ارتباط قوی و موثر کلامی ، تاثیر شگرفی در رشد روحی _ روانی انسانها داشته که در سایه همین رشد،قدرت و توان لازم برای کسب مهارتها وعلوم و فنون نیز حاصل میشود..انسانها هرچقدر هم که از استعداد و هوش و حتی قدرت جسمانی برخوردار باشند،اگر.فاقد مهارت برقراری ارتباطات و تعامل مناسب با دیگران باشند، هرگز موفق نخواهند بود.
بازی با کلمات ،ساختن جملات متفاوت ،قصه گویی با استفاده از قوه ی تخیل و....نقش موثری در تقویت بیان خواهند داشت.
هدف رادیو صفا ،گسترش دایره واژگان و ایجاد مهارت در کودکان  برای بروز احساسات و تمایلات از طریق واژگان هست.
در هر اپیزود تلاش می شود، با تمرکز بر یکی از حروف الفبا ،ذهن و تخیل کودکان برای یافتن و ساختن کلمات و درک مفاهیم آنها ،بکار گرفته شود.
همراهی والدین در بازی با کودکان در طول روز  با همین شیوه ،بسیار تاثیر گذار خواهد بود.

یکی از عوامل موثر در بیان ، 
تمرین « گوش کردن» است.
شنیدن با گوش کردن بسیار متفاوت است.
در گوش کردن، تمرکز و دقت بر بیان شخص مقابل وجود دارد.
،خوب گوش کردن  ،از عوامل بسیار مهم و موثر در ایجاد ارتباطات سالم  بین افراد است.  پیامد تمرکز و دقت بر صحبتهای  شخص مقابل، واکنش صحیح و پاسخ معقول و منطقی است و نیز میزان یادگیری در کودکان به طور شگرفی افزایش خواهد یافت.
یکی از اهداف آموزشی رادیو صفا ، تقویت  تمرکز و دقت شنیداری کودکان  می  باشد.
کودکان برای همراهی با روند برنامه ،تهییح به گوش دادن ( و نه صرفا شنیدن) می شوند.و صد البته که این اتفاق علاوه بر یادگیری کلمات و واژگان، در بهبود و ارتقائ بیان آنها نیز تاثیر شگرفی خواهد داشت.

در این اپیزود ،تمرکزبر حرف(چ)  است.
بچه ها تلاش می کنند کلماتی که این حرف را در خود دارند به خاطر بیاورند،
و غذاها،حیوانات،شهرها و همینطور اعضا بدن که حرف چ دارند را پیدا کنند.
ضمنا جهت ایجاد حس الفت با موسیقی درکودکان،موسیقی های گوناگون و مرتبط با موضوع مورد بحث استفاده شده است.
با تمرینهای زبان ورزی مربوط به این حرف تلاش میشود قدرت بیان را در بچه ها تقویت کنیم.
لازم به ذکر است چنانچه با ایده گرفتن از این اپیسودها، در منزل این تمرینها را تکرار کنید ،تاثیر بسیار مطلوب آن را در بهبود یا تقویت بیان کودکان شاهد خواهید بود.

یکی از ابزارهای مهم موفقیت ،توانمندی در ایجاد ارتباط قوی با دیگران است ،که این حاصل نمی شود ،مگر با برخورداری از یک بیان موثر و قدرتمند ، که آن نیز در گرو برخورداری فرد، از دایره ی واژگان و لغات گسترده  می باشد.
در سلسله پادکستهای رادیو صفا، با تکیه بر این عامل مهم ، یعنی گسترش دایره واژگان( هوش کلامی)کودکان،
 در هر اپیسود با تمرکز بر یکی از حروف الفبا ،تلاش می شود هنرجو کلماتی را که آن حرف را در خود دارند ،پیدا کرده و در قالب جملات گوناگون،بیان کنند. همچنین با تکرار جملات به ظاهر پیچیده و گیج کننده ،به  تقویت قدرت فک و زبان خود پرداخته و در نهایت به بیانی سلیس و شیوا دست یابد.
