Hello everyone - this may be radio, but I've got my eyes on the telly in this new broadcast. Channel 5 have won the rights to show snooker from the main tour next year - confirming my reports - with the Players Championship, Tour Championship and British Open to be broadcast on the channel in 2026.

I'll reflect on the news and speculate over possible coverage on Channel 5 to come. I'll also talk about the brilliant way ITV have covered the sport in recent times. Plus, why you shouldn't rule out ITV still showing snooker in 2026.
