On Friday's show at RadioWilderLive.com, we finish the show with some 'Get Cozy' music from Enya.

There are always rock n' roll stories on RadioWilderLive.com and so because #166 is titled Rock n' Roll Stories is because I was so struck about the short life and skills of Mike Bloomfield, that a couple of quick quotes are in order before you listen to him this Friday on RadioWilderLive.com as his band The Electric Flag with young Buddy Guy on the skins cover, Howlin 'Wolf In the Deuces are Wilder slot.

He would go to downtown Chicago at around 16 or 17 and play with many of the blues legends like Howlin Wolf and Muddy Waters and many others in their world.

The black blues dudes would roll their eyes and say 'here comes another white kid who thinks he can play the blues' and laugh.

After the first time he played, they changed their tune and were stunned that not only could he play, but he really felt it! When they asked him how, he replied 'I'm Jewish and we have always been persecuted and I feel it.'

Friday's show is a very special show for me.

One of my closest friends asked me to play three requests for his three older brothers and I am and am going to play them in order. This is the first time we have ever done this. I hope it means as much to him as it did to me when he asked me to play them!
