More than 1,000 nurses at Rady Children's Hospital say they plan to initiate their second strike in recent weeks after another failed round of contract negotiations. The CDC now says it will investigate the health risks from sewage flowing across the border. A new Olympic sport is making it's debut today. It's called breaking, also known as breakdancing.
