Welcome to 2020 baby! I was so excited for the New Year that I fumbled the ball already! Yikes!

All is well though and this episode has arrived as if it wasn't a little late. Apologizes and love

Happy New Year! I'm going into the new year with 20/20 vision on what I what to manifest and  

the goals I want to achieve. Knowing them isn't the only step, it takes planning and execution.

With resolutions in full effect, I want to take you through proper goal setting. In this episode

you'll get information on not only setting new goals but also how to stick to them during

throughout the year. Let's open up this new decade with all the right intentions and make it the

Let me set the record straight! If I haven't announced it before, let this be is our coming out

party! I am in a fully committed relationship with a wonderful man. Tonight he will join in on our 

shenanigans and help me explain our story. We will talk about things from us meeting online to 

him changing career paths in the midst of our relationship. Laugh with us a little, then take some 

time to appreciate the special someone in your life, and if you are will waiting on Prince

Charming finish off that list and send it to Santa. It's just a few more days until Christmas and 

just enough time for a Christmas miracle. HAPPY HOLIDAAAAYYYYSSSSS!!!!

Ya'll I had fun, things didn't necessarily go as planned, but all in all it was a

We have discussed my father now it's time to get into the issues with my mom. I have a lot of abandonment issues as I was primarily raised by my father and she struggled with alcoholism.

Listen how I have used loving and taking care of her to help with those and really appreciating that I have her now. It takes work everyday but hard work is usually the most rewarding.

How often are you resting, relaxing and giving yourself permission to take care of yourself? I know it's hard for me and I am not very kind to myself when I do take a rest. As if I am not deserving....I know if I do it, it's likely someone else is struggling with resting.
