Sean Mathieu is currently the head expo of the establishment and informs the hosts of what its like at the establishment in 2021. No more rim rolls, enchiladas, and they only have Hollandaise on the weekend... Yet control over music and a small tight knit crew keeps the energy going at the current establishment. Reminiscing of the Bistro days and further identifying who counts as a member of the Burger King era crew this episode proves to be unique fun for the whole family..
