Matt joins us for the second time but its been a while and catches us up with some New Wave Kitchen content. Alex, Matt and Dan reminisce to the days at the Bistro and the challenges that were faced in opening a new restaurant. For a special 40th episode the crew is joined this week by 1/2 of the tag team SHRANK. Sean Mathieu is currently the head expo of the establishment and informs the hosts of what its like at the establishment in 2021. No more rim rolls, enchiladas, and they only have Hollandaise on the weekend... Yet control over music and a small tight knit crew keeps the energy going at the current establishment. Reminiscing of the Bistro days and further identifying who counts as a member of the Burger King era crew this episode proves to be unique fun for the whole family..
