Rainbow Code Matte Finish

The Color code description saga continues. We are looking at the reasons why I brought each color down to one word so the listener can move forward with stability and all the hard work out of the way. You won`t be able to unsee it and you`ll see everything with fresh eyes. Once you see the Int Color code then, later on, you can look at other color codes. After a while, you might be able to see other color codes that I didn`t see. Chuck`s questions and examples help bring clarity and Hopefully, we can do a few more show to cover as many sides of this Color code.

The code was noted through observation of the US interstate highway system colored coded signs.
The pattern tends to appear more often if the environment has an international connection.
My suspicion is the code came out around when the UN began from the Military and can be most likely traced back further back. Help me find it. :)
This is my attempt to understand something that I always took for granted and never got satisfactory answers. I look for examples of pattern recognition and is subject to improvement/revision.

Black = Control
White = Offering
Red = Priority
Blue = Commerce
Purple = Sovereignty
Orange = Change
Green = Service
Brown = Culture
Yellow = Activity
Grey = Support
